Unique Skyscraper Design with Dragon Dancing Shape

Unique Skyscraper Design is the skill of the architect Adrian Smith, and now he again attracted attention. Once the project one of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa, an American architect designed the building called the Dancing Dragons or the “Dragon Dance”.
Together with Gordon Gill, Smith designed the skyscraper to be built in the city of Seoul, South Korea. The second architecture is inspired by the animals in the story of myths, dragons. Dancing Dragons is a project of two buildings each having 88 and 77 floors.
Coating materials outside the building will have features like dragon scales the wall so that it can breathe. Scales or skin is in fact a performance element that is used for ventilation. And to the impression of dancing, will arise when looking at this building.
“There is sympathetic and complementary relationship between the two buildings at a certain level, so as if they were dancing,” said Smith, as quoted from Inhabitant, Friday (11/05/2012). The team that designed the building, including energy and engineering company based in Chicago, Positive Energy Practice. The company provides consulting services to energy-efficient systems for both Unique Skyscraper Design.
Some energy-saving features that exist in this building include a photovoltaic array on the surface of the roof, radiant, unit cogeneration (combined heat and power) fuel in the basement, and triple-glazed windows to minimize heat loss.
Buildings with a height of 450 and 390 meters will include residential, office and retail elements. This building will have an order form “V” at the top and bottom of the building. It is claimed will help reinforce the geometry of the corner of the building. According to Smith and Gill, form “V” was intended to represent a traditional Korean temple roof.
Unique Skyscraper Design of mixed-use sky will be located in business district Seoul, Yongsan International. Dancing Dragons are believed to be a part of the master plan of Yongsan by Studio Daniel Libeskind.
