Luxury Hotelem> – Lucia Villa is a Luxurious family villa situated on the North Coast of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. This villa has been carefully designed by SAOTA with Contemporary Interior Design is inspired from the Milkwood trees that surround the area around the villa. From the entrance you are greeted with a big wooden door flanked by two Milk wood trees. Directly evocative panorama welcome you after a double height hall and ceiling are covered with wooden planks.

Luxury Interior Design of the filament is elegant with the use of the color white sofa in the spacious living room. Contemporary house design is also maximized by the use of wood for the flooring material, and exposure to the concrete ceiling of the room of the house.

A vast expanse of blue sea is the main sights in the villa. At is basic level there are going to find a house large sitting room overlooking the pool and the sun west to the sea. Unique and interesting is a series of bronzed anodized aluminum sliding screen room that seemed to wrap it. This screen, which again inspiration of Milk wood trees become the signature of the villa. The polished concrete floor sand-colored, bleached timber, natural Leathers, gray linens combined with a touch of soft neutral colors enhance the look of the villa.

Despite the facade of Villa has a form of minimalism, but in fact it had the look of the Luxury Contemporary, with spacious rooms equipped with furniture with elegant design.
